Start-up

Install the unit, connect the electrodes and place them on the muscle areas to work

Do not place the electrodes,
neither on the heart zone, nor on the head

Make a short press on the power key

Select the program by pressing the button several times.

4          
Adjust the stimulation intensity by pressing the and keys several times.

5         
At the end of the session, the device stops automatically..
To stop the appliance during the program, press the power button .
VYou can also lower the power intensity level to 0, by pressing the keys to return to the choice of programs.
